To allow the greatest flexibility and safest environment for our clients, we are continuing to offer online Telehealth sessions via Therapy Appointment’s platform. (Therapy Appointment is our patient portal.) Your therapist will discuss with you the hours they will offer for in-person sessions.

Our calendars on Therapy Appointment allow you to request a Telehealth or in-person session. This is not a perfect system, and we are thankful for your patience if an OptimalLife Wellness staff member needs to contact you to reschedule an appointment if incorrectly scheduled.

In addition to following the CDC’s recommended guidelines, we are taking the following precautions with our staff and clients:

  • All staff and clients will use Healthcheck by Stratum, available for Apple and Android devices, to “check in” virtually each day that they come to OptimalLife Wellness Center by answering COVID screening questions. They will then email these results to OptimalLife prior to arrival or, if unable to email, show the receptionist. Your therapist will go over this procedure with you to ensure you’re comfortable. The facility code that clients need to link with OptimalLife Wellness is: ;~?8ug\8
  • Upon entering our waiting room, all staff and clients will have their temperature taken. If running a fever, you will be asked to return to your car and given the option to have your session via Telehealth or reschedule without penalty.
  • All staff and clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer at the front desk window upon arrival in our waiting room.
  • All staff and clients are required to wear a face mask while in the waiting room and hallways. The office park rules also mandate face coverings throughout the building. Face masks will be available for those who do not have one.
  • All clients must provide documentation of vaccination status if they wish to have in-person sessions without masks.
  • In-person sessions will be timed for 45 minutes to allow for a 5 minute “wrap-up” and 10 minutes for sanitizing/disinfecting in between each session.
  • We have installed high-end air purifiers in every room to augment the already excellent air quality our building is certified as providing.

To ensure social distancing, we have reconfigured our lobby and request that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start time of your session. In addition, please also leave promptly to limit the numbers in our waiting room at any given time. With this in mind, we will continue using contact-less payment technology by taking payments electronically via Therapy Appointment or over the phone.

Parents accompanying their minor children to therapy sessions may wait, masked, in the waiting room.

We are carefully monitoring the situation and adapting accordingly. It is of utmost importance to us to make sure we conduct business in a safe environment. You can help us by staying at home and opting for a Telehealth appointment or canceling if you are feeling sick.
