About Shana

Shana O’Connor-Wolf is dedicated to enabling others to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and feel better. She has more than a decade of experience working with children and adolescents as an elementary art teacher, and in an administrative capacity in the education system.  

With Shana, clients can expect to be met with an open, non-judgmental, and holistic approach to address experiences, trauma, relationship issues, boundaries, and emotions to find their greatest potential.

Shana sees therapy as a collaboration of ideas and practices that fit the client’s individual and unique lifestyle in a holistic way. Shana embraces meeting clients right where they are.

Training & Education

Shana attended Seattle Pacific University, where she received her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Shana is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington. Shana is supervised by Lara Symonds, MA, LMFT, DCEP.
