Licensed Therapists and Licensed Therapist Associates

We’re seeking experienced, licensed therapists to join our vibrant, integrative practice on a part-time or full-time basis. You’ll provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and/or families in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our approach is holistic and grounded in brain science, blending mind-body-energy principles to help clients live more authentically and fully. If you’re like-minded—or excited to learn—and eager to be part of a fun, dynamic team committed to meaningful transformation, we’d love to connect.

We also welcome Licensed Therapist Associates who are working toward full licensure and seeking high-quality supervision and clinical experience.

Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred, as is experience working with adolescents and couples. Additional training in EMDR and experience treating eating disorders are highly desired.

Must-Haves

  • Master’s License
  • Experience and desire to work with adolescents
  • Training or desire for training in mind/body, brain science, and mindfulness practices
  • Good standing with licensing board

Nice-to-Haves

  • 2-plus years clinical experience
  • Dual training in chemical dependency
  • Experience working with eating disorders.
  • EMDR trained.
  • Bilingual

Our Internship Program

We are currently accepting applications only for January 2027 start date.

We’re proud to be one of the most supportive, enriching places to complete your MHC or MFT internship. Our beautiful, fully furnished offices and plentiful clinical tools allow you to focus on what matters most—your growth as a future therapist.

You’ll receive dedicated guidance from passionate, highly trained supervisors who meet with you weekly one‑on‑one, biweekly for group supervision, and biweekly for full‑staff consultation meetings. We also maintain open availability for urgent supervisory needs, ensuring you never feel alone in your work.

Beyond clinical support, we cultivate a warm, collaborative community filled with empowerment, laughter, encouragement, and genuine connection. Most of our interns apply to stay with us after graduation to complete their post‑graduate licensure hours—a testament to the culture we’ve created.

To deepen your learning, we offer continuing education opportunities and access to an online library of video trainings. We also actively partner with Seattle Pacific University’s MFT program, Seattle University’s MHC program, Antioch University’s CFT and CMHC programs, and Northwestern University’s MFT program to support incoming interns from these schools.
