About Lindsey

Lindsey Palmquist, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional who takes an empathetic and creative approach to their work. They understand that healing and self-discovery are not linear processes and feel a strong commitment to supporting others on their winding journey to self-understanding.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Florida, Lindsey’s background in dance and creative movement brings a passion for exploring embodiment and the mind-body connection in her work through trauma-informed somatic and body-based modalities. They are strongly influenced by depth psychology, mindfulness, and the parts work of Internal Family Systems. Lindsey cares deeply about creating a comfortable and safe space for self-exploration and curiosity for clients to access their own wholeness and capacity for healing.

When Lindsey isn’t working, she loves spending their free time in nature, surrounded by friends, and experiencing live music. They fill their cup through practices of meditation, ecstatic dance, and other forms of mindful movement and stillness.
