Spencer Sachs

He/Him

“The moment someone reaches out for support is one of immense vulnerability. How we meet that moment matters a great deal. I work to ensure that every person who contacts OptimalLife feels that they are met with care, understood, and connected to the right person as quickly and smoothly as possible.”

—Spencer Sachs

About Spencer

Spencer Sachs Spencer manages intake operations at OptimalLife Wellness Center, serving as many clients’ first point of contact with the clinic. He built the practice’s intake pipeline and caseload systems from the ground up, working to make sure every new client is met with a fast, clear, and welcoming path to care — including correspondence in both English and Spanish.

Outside of the office, he enjoys wine, ballroom dancing, and sharing laughs with his friends over sessions of Dungeons & Dragons.

Training & Education

Spencer attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee for undergraduate studies and is currently pursuing his Masters of Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University, with an expected graduation in 2028.
