About Morgan

Morgan Lee is a first-year graduate student at Seattle Pacific University. Morgan earned her B.A. in Psychology while studying in her home state of California. After working with different non-profit and community mental health organizations for two years, Morgan has grown passionate about helping others and working alongside clients with her humble and authentic spirit.

Most recently, Morgan worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital in their Pediatric Mental Health Behavioral Unit. There she enjoyed working with children and families on developing and expanding their coping skills and crisis intervention techniques.

Morgan is curious, patient, and believes in people’s inherent worth and growth potential; meeting clients where they are at on their healing journey is something Morgan aspires to do as she encourages and empowers them along the way

Training & Education

Morgan received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in her home state of California from Westmont College, before moving to the Seattle Area. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University. At OptimalLife Wellness, Morgan’s work is supervised by Lara Symonds, MA, LMFT, DCEP.
